- Depart Sorrento for Spoleto, through the olive groves with a visit to an olive
oil factory. Afternoon arrival at your hotel in Spoleto. Dinner features the local

- Depart for Florence, stop for a visit in Siena and for a Tuscan lunch at the
wonderful Borgo San Felice. Afternoon arrival at your hotel in Florence.

- Morning tour of Florence. Afternoon free for shopping. Special degustation dinner
at Enoteca Pinchiorri.

Morning free. In the afternoon there will be a cooking demonstration. Dinner at
a gourmet restaurant.

Depart Florence for Venice, stopping in Bologna, considered one of the gourmet
capitals of Italy, for lunch with wine. Late afternoon arrival at your hotel in
Venice.
11 - Morning tour
of Venice. Afternoon at leisure. Cocktails at Harrys Bar, followed by dinner
at Cipriani.
12 - Depart Venice
for Franciacorta and the famous relais and restaurant of Gualtiero Marchesi. Dinner
at the hotel.
13 - Morning
tour of Bergamo, lunch in a local restaurant. Afternoon cooking class from Mr.
Marchesi. Dinner at the hotel.

- Depart Asti for Como, stopping for a visit to Milan. Afternoon arrival at your
hotel in Como. Gala Farewell Dinner.

- Return home.
