Who We Are
TR International is a creator and operator of high-end travel incentive programs, congresses and conventions, special-interest group tours, cruise-related land services, and for our group clients, we also handle individual FIT arrangements. We operate an outbound division which occupies itself with travel out of the Americas to Europe, and an inbound division which manages programs originating in Europe that are going to North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. We specialize in the above travel industry segments, with dedicated staff in each who are experts in their respective fields and bring many years of experience with them.
Our incentive department manages every aspect that incentive travel entails, allowing outsourcing of all or part of the incentive program. We are content to manage as much or as little as is required. We manage challenges creatively, and deliver top-end travel programs that keep sales forces motivated and thrilled with their achievements.
Our congress and convention department assists our clients by arranging the myriad transportation, housing, and dining requirements of today's conventions. We are specialists in obtaining hotel space, both directly and from housing bureaus, deluxe transportation and working with very short lead times.
Our special-interest tour division (which includes The Collection series of special-interest tours) can create a unique program custom tailored to virtually any interest, hobby, or devotion, whether to Italy or to any Western European country. Typical tour programs encompass such things as religion, gourmet food, wine, classical history, archaeology, auto racing and rallies, music, opera, and cooking, to name but a few.
We also create and operate all the land-based services required by both cruise lines as well as travel companies who book groups on European cruises. We offer everything from pre- and post-cruise packages, cruise tours, custom shore excursions, shoreside themed events, and all transportation and luggage management.
